ISO images: while we're at it

This is another command, I use it to mount iso-images: lofiadm

This is how you can create a virtual device associated with an iso-image:
lofiadm -a /export/iso/dsk1.iso

after this the command will show the name of the device created, for instance: /dev/lofi/1.

All you have to do now is to mount this device:
mount -F hsfs /dev/lofi/1 /mnt

And - voila - you can use the mounted FS as any read-only one - browse it, find and copy the files you need - do whatever you want...
